We asked our grown daughter Ashley to write a testimonial for us since she knows us better than most anyone. Here’s what she had to say…

Paul says in Ephesians 4:1, “I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.” I can’t think of many who live out their calling in such a worthy manner as my parents, Jon and Julie.

As their daughter of 28 years, I have had first-hand insight into their personal, spiritual and marital lives and journey. While I’ve always thought they have been good parents, it’s been in the last few years that their spiritual lives have grown in a way that is both transformational and inspirational. Their desire to bring wholeness and health in our own nuclear family, I believe, has allowed them to give better counsel to others.

They are non-judgmental and are genuinely interested in you as a person and how your heart really is. They take time to listen and give biblical guidance but they also are able to remain down-to-earth and relevant.

The thing that has been most exciting for me to see is how excited they are about their work. They love helping others. They are so selfless, which tangibly translates to them frequently giving up 6 nights of their week to counsel and guide other couples and loving it.

I love seeing God use their lives and their past for his glory. I love hearing the excitement from them when individuals are finding freedom and making breakthroughs. They don’t do it for their own glory but truly for the glory of God. I couldn’t be any more proud of their lives and how they are allowing God to work in and through them.
