There is no written, spoken or implied guarantee of care, number of sessions, or outcomes. We reserve the right to refuse care for any reason, spiritual care may be terminated at any time for any reason.
Confidentiality
All communications between you and Regeneration Life will be held in strict confidence, unless you (or a parent in the case of a minor) give authorization to release this information. The exceptions to this would be: 1) if a person expresses intent to harm himself/herself or someone else; 2) if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of abuse against a minor child, elder person, or dependent adult; 3) if a subpoena or other court order is received directing the disclosure of information; 4) if/when Regeneration Life requests a consultation with additional care/counseling/therapy resources. Scope of Care
Each person seeking care must acknowledge the Regeneration Life Terms of Use and accept that the type of care he or she receives is spiritual and Biblical, not clinical.
Regeneration Life offers “spiritual care” and are not licensed professional counselors and do not offer clinical counseling. All needs for this will be referred. Those providing care are not state licensed “counselors, social workers, or therapists.”
By continuing, I express recognition that the caregiver may not have been trained as a “professional” in psychological counseling, psychiatric therapy, or marriage and family counseling or therapy.
Legal
I agree to not hold Regeneration Life responsible for the result of any action taken because of care given, or advice offered. In all references above, “Regeneration Life” refers to Rev. Jon and Rev. Julie Carter.
